15mL Ultrafiltration Centrifugal Filter with Regenerated Cellulose (RC) Membrane is designed for efficient concentration and purification of proteins, nucleic acids, and other biomolecules. Ideal for biological sample processing, this filter achieves high protein recovery rates (>90%) and is suitable for a variety of applications, including protein concentration, desalting, buffer exchange, and molecular purification.

How to Choose the Right Centrifugal Filter: Select a filter with a molecular weight cut-off (MWCO) 2-3 times smaller than the molecular weight (MW) of your target macromolecule:

• 3 kDa: For molecules with MW between 6 kDa and 30 kDa
• 10 kDa: For molecules with MW between 30 kDa and 100 kDa
• 30 kDa: For molecules with MW between 100 kDa and 200 kDa
• 50 kDa: For molecules with MW between 200 kDa and 500 kDa
• 100 kDa: For molecules with MW above 500 kDa
